Natural Park Resort

Good location across from the beach, with a cafe/bar overlooking the busy street and pool. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. the breakfast buffet situated in the airy second floor was consistently good with enough offerings to please most appetites.

Nit-picking only. The cloth ceiling lamp was bug stained. tented ceiling in the buffet area the same. The landscape could have been better maintained...weeds and such.

Breakfast was well under expectations, after first try did not eat on property again. Room had a slight musty smell. Pool area was crowded and basically in construction zone. It would be good to be informed of the construction on the website before confirming. Overall the facility is older and needs a lot of work to be done.

Very convenient for the beach and the swimming pool was good.

I asked for and was approved a late check out of four hours. A member of staff then knocked on my door after 30 minutes of this extension and told me I had to get out in 15 minutes because they had a customer waiting on reception to check in. There was no customer on reception and having sat round the pool for two hours, the room was still empty. It left a very bad taste in the mouth. At no point was there any hot water in the room. This maybe because the hot water unit was hanging off the wall.

Bfast was good, clean, well maintained garden

No wifi, no water heater in the bathroom, there were centipedes in the bathroom

We liked the location and the friendly staff.

The swimming pool was a bit old with lots of repairs to do and the breakfast vas very basic.

this is calm and quite. but inside the room and quality of the bathroom is very poor

Nothing didn’t even get to stay total scam.

They are very shady. I called the week before the reservation to change it and then confirm the reservation. On the day of the old date they changed the date back then promptly charged me a cancellation fee. When I called they acted like they never heard of the date change. It has been a headache I am happy that I have screenshots but it will still take time to get my money back.

As always the room service,so clean , and the staff are always helpful and a fantastic choice of food for breakfast.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is fine and not too expensive

The pool is damaged a lot with sharp pieces of tile in the pool that cut my wife's hand. Really it's not safe for kids.The breakfast is very limited so we ended up going to a restaurant instead It's definitely not 4 star.

Location, and property itself

Hospitality , staff looks like rude always. Property is not really maintained.

Beds were uncomfortable, the family suite is 3 separate rooms in an open front chalet bungalow not ideal with an 11 and 16yr old at all , the gnats are a nightmare and the showers are awful . You have tea and coffee making facilities but that's all in your room

Didn’t stay as it was very unclean

Very tired, bad location and unclean. Checked in with 2 children, room was awful. Asked to see an alternative room for potential upgrade, was worse. Very unclean. Checked out and found an alternative hotel which was cheaper and much cleaner. Hotel to refused to refund and booking.com have not been helpful. Pictures on booking.com must be from years ago

Breakfast okFront deck workers very bad need training how to talk. Pillows very bad smell workers said I already smell ok we checked 2 times they do the same just spray. I think never get rooms no smoke

Location and staff

I booked a 2 bedroom bungalow that was confirmed by Booking.com. when we arrived, we were shown a room with 1 double and 1 single. Didn't stay in the room because it was not the one i booked. I was told then that the 2 bedroom bungalow was not available for 3 nights. Was put in 2 rooms with absolutely noisy Aircon for 3 nites while waiting for the 2 bedroom bungalow I booked. When we finally moved to the 2 bedroom bungalow, th Aircon in 1 bedroom and living room were not even cold at 16' setting. Ask front desk twice to get it fixed but to no avail for 6 nights. Didn't even offer to lend us electric fan. Didn't even check if everything is okay. This is the third time we came here. We love the location and overall setting of the resort. I just wished they'd do some renovations on all the rooms like check and change shower heads, check quality of aircon ,etc.

Low rise accommodation compared to the massive condo's around the area... beach across the road... large room's Baht bus Infront of the building

the rooms are older... massive window front with only night curtains... no day curtains and the doors have gaps around them which means mosquitoes...food at the restaurant is not as good as the street food and costs a lot more and the Menu is very boring like the breakfast even though you always find something to eat.... I asked to keep my room for an extra 2 hours on the last day and was told it would be 400thb which I was ok with only to head to the room at 12.30 to find the key had been deactivated and the AC key (which they always left running) taken... reception told me I had to leave at once as someone had booked the room.... you can imagine my response before a 15 hour flight. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very beautiful and convenient resort organized so that the guests can have an impression of staying in a private house. The staff is welcoming and efficient.

The breakfast is decent but far from the best in the area. The offered coffee is a true disappointment.

It fully suited our needs. We had 3 small dogs with us and the accommodation (Thai House) was very good and ‘modern’. There was plenty of areas to explore with our dogs. The pool was good, as were the most of the staff. Quiet at night and peaceful

Breakfast was a bit Same,same as in choice selection but always plenty of food available. Check in was a bit of an issue and some staff were a bit lacking in ability.
